Content Developer/Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and proofread engaging content for school communications, including website, newsletters, brochures, press releases, and internal announcements.
• Manage and curate content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to enhance the school’s digital presence.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with school events, achievements, and admissions drives.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to gather information and transform it into impactful stories and visuals.
• Draft and design compelling copy for marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.
• Research current education trends and create content that resonates with parents, students, and the wider school community.
• Support the admissions and marketing teams in creating presentations, scripts, and communication material for events and campaigns.
• Work closely with photographers and designers to create visually appealing and well-aligned content.
• Analyze content performance on social media and recommend strategies for growth and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content development, writing, and social media management — preferably in an

  international school

  or educational institution with the Cambridge Curriculum.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and understanding analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing trends, and content strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
