Content Developer

Job Description: You will be responsible for developing, creating and managing engaging content across various social media platforms and website to enhance our brand’s online presence and engagement. This role requires a combination of creative, technical, and strategic skills to produce compelling content, analyze performance, and stay updated on social media trends

Job Role:

• Content Creation: Producing various types of content, including text, images, videos, and other media, tailored to different social media platforms.
• Content Planning: Developing a content calendar, outlining content themes, topics, and posting schedules.
• Platform Expertise: Understanding the unique characteristics of different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and adapting content accordingly.
• Trend Monitoring: Staying informed about current social media trends, memes, and best practices to ensure content relevance and engagement.
• Engagement & Interaction: Responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers to foster a sense of community.
• Performance Analysis: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rates, reach, and follower growth to assess content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, design, and other teams to align content with overall brand strategies and campaigns.

Specific Skills and Qualifications:

• Creative Writing: Strong writing skills to craft compelling captions, social media posts, and other content formats.
• Visual Storytelling: Ability to create and edit engaging visual content, including photos and videos.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic editing software.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize content performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with followers and collaborating with team members.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing social media trends and platform updates.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of basic SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
