Content Designer

Reports to: Founder

Experience: 6months -1 Year

Location: Remote (Mumbai-based applicants preferred; occasional in-person workshops in Mumbai)

Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for a Content Associate to own the content universe. Someone who can craft visually striking presentations, and co-create to challenge norms and celebrate inclusion. If you love writing that matters, let’s talk.

What you will do:

• Create compelling content for social media, presentations, brochures, blogs/articles, and website
• Conduct deep research on topics like Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and future of work
• Write impactful content that engages & appeals to different audience personas/roles - Executives, Business, HR and D&I Professionals
• Repurpose existing content into fresh formats and narratives
• Collaborate on client projects, workshops, and strategy decks
• Proofread, polish, and align everything to our brand tone
• Manage social media scheduling and content calendars
• Occasionally assist in video editing for reels or short-form content

Must Haves:

• 0-1 years of hands-on content experience
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva (design sense matters!)
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects
• Strong research skills, you can turn data into powerful stories
• Comfortable with occasional client-facing calls and reviews
• Good taste in design, layout, and brand consistency
