Content Designer

Role Overview: As a member of the Training team at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI), you will play a crucial role in driving learning initiatives for the business. Your focus will be on delivering effective learning programs to employees to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance. You will be involved in creating new learning initiatives and onboarding programs to align with the organization's priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Administering Learning & Development processes, including creating and tracking attendance in the company's Learning Management System (LMS). - Conducting regular checks for new joiners, monitoring training completion status, and updating staff changes. - Keeping training information up to date on internal company sites. - Facilitating live training sessions via Zoom or in person. - Assisting in fulfilling requests for training data such as attendance and evaluations. - Independently designing on e-learning platforms based on provided content. Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree. - 2-3 years of relevant work experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Articulate and Captivate. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, resources, and deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to learn new technologies, platforms, and websites quickly. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills. - Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual learning sessions. - Experience in Learning & Development and/or Compliance support is advantageous. - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
