Role & responsibilities Design and write content for websites, apps, email campaigns, and social media that meet the needs of the target audience. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and marketing teams to create cohesive and innovative content strategies. Use data and feedback to refine content approaches and increase user engagement. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Design, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role. Strong understanding of content management systems and digital publishing. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong visual design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to analyse and use data to inform content decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
