• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand and community goals.
• Create engaging photo, video, and reel content for IG, YouTube and our Website.
• Capture and edit high-quality visuals using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, or CapCut.
• Craft compelling narratives and storytelling that bring our water lifestyle and sailing culture to life.
• Manage social media calendars, post scheduling (via Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later), and community engagement.
• Track and analyze content performance using insights and analytics tools to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with the team on brand aesthetics, campaigns, and partnerships.

• Experience with graphic design and brand visuals (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
• Strong grasp of social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
• Interest or experience in watersports, sailing, or adventure lifestyle content.

• Base: 30k - 35k per month
