Key Responsibilities

Podcast Production & Interviews

• Plan, organize, and manage podcast and video shoot logistics.
• Coordinate interviews with company personnel and external guests.
• Oversee the technical aspects of podcast recording and video shooting
• Collaborate with editors to turn raw footage into engaging short-form clips for social media.
• Ensure production quality standards are maintained throughout shoots
  

Content Creation & Social Media

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to develop and finalize social media content concepts
• and strategies
• Generate creative concepts and comprehensive content calendars for all social media platforms
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and scripts for podcasts, reels, and posts.
• Manage publishing schedules and maintain a consistent presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube.
• Ensure alignment between content plans and overall business objectives
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, and highlights from shoots and events.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages professionally.
• Communicate timelines and deliverables to relevant stakeholders
  

Brand & Visual Coordination

• Ensure content styling, tone, and presentation align with brand identity.
• Work with designers, videographers, and stylists to maintain professional output quality.
  

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in

  content creation, podcasting, or digital storytelling

  (preferably in business/tech/SaaS).

• Strong understanding of

  LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram

  content formats and trends.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  

• Hands-on experience managing podcast recordings or video shoots.
  

• Based in

  Pune

  and available to attend shoots, events, and team collaborations on-site (if required)

• Proactive, creative, and passionate about crafting content that informs and inspires professionals.
