Content Creator – Pondy Yacht Club Location: Pondicherry Position: Part-time / Full-time The Pondy Yacht Club is looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to grow our community and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. If you’re passionate about storytelling, lifestyle content, and life by the water — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand and community goals. Create engaging photo, video, and reel content for IG, YouTube and our Website. Capture and edit high-quality visuals using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, or CapCut. Craft compelling narratives and storytelling that bring our water lifestyle and sailing culture to life. Manage social media calendars, post scheduling (via Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later), and community engagement. Track and analyze content performance using insights and analytics tools to guide strategy. Collaborate with the team on brand aesthetics, campaigns, and partnerships. Bonus Skills Experience with graphic design and brand visuals (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma). Strong grasp of social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms. Interest or experience in watersports, sailing, or adventure lifestyle content. Compensation Base: 30k - 35k per month Plus performance and outreach bonuses — we reward creative impact and measurable growth.
