Role Overview

Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and original content for social media, website, blogs, emails, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand voice, business strategy, and industry trends.
• Manage social media pages, plan content calendars, and track performance.
• Create short-form videos, reels, graphics, and other multimedia content (basic design/video editing skills preferred).
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, HR, and Customer Service) to generate content that reflects company culture and service offerings.
• Write scripts, captions, case studies, customer stories, and product-focused content.
• Ensure content accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with logistics, e-commerce, and tech industry trends to produce relevant content.
• Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns independently.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar) and familiarity with video editing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
• Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
