Job Summary

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing compelling, architecture-focused content that highlights our projects, vision, and expertise. You’ll work closely with the design, marketing, and leadership teams to craft stories that resonate with prospects, clients, and the architectural community.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation

• Produce high-quality written and visual content for website, blog, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest), and newsletters.
• Create project case studies, success stories, and behind-the-scenes insights into design processes.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate technical design concepts into engaging content.

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Curate and schedule content across platforms to build brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor trends in architecture, interior design, and lifestyle to inform content strategies.
• Manage community engagement (responding to comments, messages, and interactions).

Visual & Written Storytelling

• Capture and edit photos, videos, reels, and short-form digital content of firm projects, events, and team activities.
• Write blog posts, captions, newsletters, press releases, and website copy.
• Ensure all content reflects firm’s tone, aesthetic, and quality standards.

SEO & Analytics

• Optimize content for search engines to increase organic traffic.
• Track performance metrics (likes, shares, clicks, reach) and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Prepare monthly reports highlighting key metrics and insights.

Brand Support & Collaboration

• Support marketing campaigns, special events, and presentations.
• Coordinate with external vendors (photographers, videographers, designers) when needed.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Architecture, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in design, architecture, or creative industries.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good visual aesthetic sense and understanding of design principles.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

• Experience with architectural photography or video production.
• Familiarity with architectural terminology and design processes.
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
