Role & responsibilities

Create high-quality visual content using Canva and Figma (social media posts, banners, presentations, thumbnails, Reels, Video etc.)
Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency
Edit and optimize content based on performance metrics and feedback
Stay updated with content trends, design styles, and platform best practices
Manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in Canva (Must)
Proficiency in Figma (Must)
Strong understanding of visual design principles
Basic knowledge of content strategy and social media platforms
Good communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
Knowledge of social media analytics
Copywriting or caption-writing experience
Understanding of branding and UI/UX basics
