About the Role

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients in Kathmandu and nearby regions (businesses, real estate, restaurants, hospitals, schools, etc.)
• Pitch our services: outdoor signage, vehicle wraps, printing, and promotional branding products
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
• Execute local marketing campaigns (flyers, digital, events, etc.)
• Work closely with design and production teams to deliver client projects on time
• Track leads, update CRM, and report weekly sales performance
• Bring new ideas to increase visibility and sales in the Kathmandu market

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in sales, marketing, or business development (signage/printing industry is a plus)

Required Skills

• Strong communication & negotiation skills in Nepali and English
• Confident, outgoing, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and on the field
• Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Meta/Facebook, and basic digital marketing
• A two-wheeler and license is a bonus
