About the Role Responsibilities Identify and approach new clients in Kathmandu and nearby regions (businesses, real estate, restaurants, hospitals, schools, etc.) Pitch our services: outdoor signage, vehicle wraps, printing, and promotional branding products Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business Execute local marketing campaigns (flyers, digital, events, etc.) Work closely with design and production teams to deliver client projects on time Track leads, update CRM, and report weekly sales performance Bring new ideas to increase visibility and sales in the Kathmandu market Qualifications 1+ year experience in sales, marketing, or business development (signage/printing industry is a plus) Required Skills Strong communication & negotiation skills in Nepali and English Confident, outgoing, and results-driven Ability to work independently and on the field Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Meta/Facebook, and basic digital marketing A two-wheeler and license is a bonus Preferred Skills: Pay range and compensation package Base salary + performance-based bonuses Training and growth opportunities Modern branding portfolio to sell Supportive and fast-growing team Discounts on personal printing and signage needs Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
