Key Responsibilities

Digital Media Management (Main Role)

  • Handle day-to-day posting and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Maintain a content calendar with regular updates on academy events and promotions.
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and build engagement with the audience.
  • Track insights and prepare weekly growth & performance reports.

Content Creation (Essential Skills)

  • Shoot short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, BTS) and photos at academy events & classes.
  • Edit videos for social media and ad campaigns using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN.
  • Create graphics, carousels, and ad creatives on Canva or similar tools.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Repurpose content for ad campaigns and lead generation funnels.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in running creatives for Meta/YouTube ads.

Skills & Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Instagram & YouTube content strategies.
  • Basic videography skills (smartphone or DSLR).
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or equivalent).
  • Creativity in storytelling & ability to spot content opportunities.
  • Familiarity with ad creatives & campaign basics (preferred).
  • Communication skills (English + Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
