Content Creator

The Content Creator will be responsible for ideating, creating, and publishing engaging and informative content. The role requires strong skills in storytelling, social media management, and multimedia content production (text, graphics, and videos). Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Strategy Develop content aligned with the objectives and target audiences. Assist in creating monthly/quarterly content calendars. Coordinate with officials and stakeholders to gather authentic information. Content Creation Write clear, engaging, and culturally sensitive content in English and Kannada. Create content for multiple platforms: social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, and campaign materials. Develop creative scripts for videos, short films, testimonials, and awareness campaigns. Produce impactful captions, infographics, and posts for public outreach. Multimedia Development Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure high-quality creative output. Edit photos and videos for campaigns and events when required. Ensure content is optimized for different digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Community Engagement Respond to comments, queries, and messages on official digital platforms. Monitor trends, track engagement, and suggest strategies for improvement. Monitoring & Reporting Track content performance using analytics tools. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on reach, engagement, and impact. Recommend innovative approaches for increasing awareness and participation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content creation. Excellent command over English and Kannada (spoken & written). Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and copywriting skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or similar tools). Understanding of social media trends and digital outreach strategies. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Key Attributes: Creative thinker with attention to detail. Cultural sensitivity and awareness of minority community issues.
