Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content and Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts and driving content strategy through compelling blog articles and social media campaigns. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation efforts across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging, and relevant content tailored to each social channel’s audience.
  • Write, edit, and optimize blog articles that align with SEO best practices and support business objectives.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to assess content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Manage social media calendars and schedules to maintain a steady stream of content and timely posts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media innovations, and algorithm changes to keep our strategy fresh and competitive.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community across our social media profiles.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for influencer partnerships, social media advertising, and content amplification.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance to identify growth opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) managing multiple social media accounts and content marketing initiatives.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing principles, and social media best practices.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including attention to deadlines and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Creativity and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital marketing environment.
  • Understanding of graphic design and multimedia content production is a plus.
