Role Description

Content & Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan & execute

  content strategy

  across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Own and grow XTREMEX’s

  social media presence

  with engaging, trend-driven content.
• Build & manage

  content calendars

  , ensuring brand consistency.
• Drive

  community engagement

  , influencer collaborations, and UGC initiatives.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to align campaigns with launches.
• Track content performance, identify trends, and double down on what works.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience

  in content & social media (D2C/fashion/apparel preferred).
• Proven track record of

  growing social media accounts

  (Instagram/YouTube).
• Strong creative vision with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z & millennial culture, trends, and communities.
• Excellent communication, writing, and coordination skills.
• Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and youth culture.
