Job Description

Lead creative strategy and production for Meta, Google, YouTube, and future paid channels
Build and iterate on high-performing assets: video, static, UGC-style, testimonials, motion
Pair closely with the Growth team to test, learn, and double down on what scales

2. Brand Voice & Content Systems

Define and maintain a consistent tone, style, and visual identity across channels
Manage and grow our online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and beyond
Design content that s high-context, platform-native, and founder-relevant

3. Audience & Community Growth

Build a following not just traffic among D2C operators, founders, and enablers
Launch content series, campaigns, and moments that compound reach and brand depth
Make ShopDeck s digital presence as sticky and respected as the product itself

4. Narrative & Reputation

Track and shape how ShopDeck is talked about in public forums, reviews, threads, and community circles
Work on founder & leadership presence via thought pieces, ghostwritten posts, and micro-content
Embed ShopDeck into conversations that matter in the D2C ecosystem
