Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to own content production and social strategy for our Company. This role combines creative execution (visuals, shortform video, copy) with datadriven strategy (campaign planning, paid/social optimization, community growth). The job description follows corporate best practices for marketing roles and is tailored to the real estate sector Content production: Create onbrand flyers, carousel posts, short videos (Reels/Shorts), property walkthroughs, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Campaign strategy: Develop monthly and quarterly social media plans that align with sales goals, product launches, and open houses. Creative direction: Conceptualize visual themes, write captions, and brief photographers/videographers when needed. Community management: Monitor comments and messages, respond professionally, and escalate leads to sales teams. Paid social: Plan and manage paid campaigns, A/B test creatives and audiences, and optimize for CPL and engagement. Analytics and reporting: Track KPIs, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, and recommend improvements based on data. Brand consistency: Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, legal disclosures, and local advertising regulations. Crossfunctional collaboration: Work closely with sales, listings, and operations to turn property inventory into compelling content and campaigns. Required qualifications Bachelors degree. 25 years of handson experience in social media content creation and campaign management, preferably in real estate, property, or related B2C sectors. Proven portfolio of flyers, short videos, and social campaigns that drove measurable results. Skills and competencies Creative skills: Strong visual design sense; proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. Video skills: Experience shooting and editing shortform video Analytical skills: Comfortable with social analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) and translating data into action. Communication: Excellent copywriting and storytelling for property marketing. Project management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
