Dear Candidate,
Urgent opening in leading NBFC firm
Role Purpose:
To own the entire company content calendar, ensuring every story, caption, and creative aligns with Companies philosophy, brand voice, and marketing objectives.
This role is responsible for conceptualizing campaigns, writing compelling copy, and ensuring a continuous rhythm of communication across all co. initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
A. Content Strategy & Calendar Ownership
1. Maintain and update the monthly content calendar mapped to events, campaigns, and audience segments (Members, Prospects, Public, Partners, etc.)
2. Ensure balance across pillars Awareness, Authority, Conversion, and Community.
3. Translate marketing goals into clear, measurable content plans (pre, during, post event).
4. Coordinate with design, video, and community teams to ensure timely execution.
B. Copywriting & Creative Direction
1. Write all captions, headlines, taglines, and story hooks for posts, reels, newsletters, and emailers.
2. Craft narratives for flagship properties:

5. IBIS (Indian Business Inspirational Stories)
6. Join the League membership campaigns
7. Maintain a master library of key brand phrases, tone, and CTAs.
8. Guide the visual team to align copy with design intent.
C. Campaign Conceptualization
1. Develop creative campaign ideas for monthly and quarterly initiatives (e.g., Proudly Indian, Leaders of Growth, Why Join BLL).
2. Collaborate with ad team for performance copywriting (headline variants, ad hooks).
3. Build internal storyboards for videos and explainers.
D. Quality & Brand Consistency
1. Proofread and approve all captions, posts, and newsletters before publishing.
2. Maintain tone consistency across all digital channels.
3. Create templates for content categories (member feature, event recap, testimonial, etc.).
E. Data-Driven Optimization
1. Review analytics (engagement rate, impressions, click-throughs) to refine messaging.
2. Identify which types of content convert best for membership growth.
Report learnings monthly to leadership and channel team.
Skills & Attributes
* 810 years experience in brand or digital content strategy
* Strong storytelling, business understanding, and copywriting command
* Fluent in English (bonus: Hindi or regional understanding)
* Knowledge of social media algorithms, reels, and campaign analytics
* Eye for detail, speed of delivery, and ownership mindset
* Comfortable leading creative review meetings

* Calendar adherence rate (planned vs published 90%)
* Engagement growth across platforms (monthly %)
* Quality & consistency of copy (zero factual or tone errors)
* Campaign effectiveness (conversion or leads tied to copy themes)
