Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee B2C telesales operations and ensure KPI/SLA achievement.
  • Drive sales strategies, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage team leaders and agents; conduct trainings, reviews, and coaching.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and lead weekly/monthly review meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, security, and process standards.
  • Identify and drive process improvements for better sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales or insurance sales preferred.
  • Prior experience handling large teams in a contact center environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Ability to handle sales pressure and deliver results consistently.
