This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contact Center Agent based in Banjara Hills. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, assisting with customer service needs, and providing accurate information about the hospital’s services. The Contact Center Agent will work closely with patients to ensure a seamless and positive experience while maintaining professionalism and quality communication standards.
