Experience creating or managing structured data layers aligned with digital analytics best practices. Familiarity with privacy-compliant tracking and governance (GDPR, HIPAA). Good-to-Have / Preferred Experience Experience with Adobe Target for A/B testing and personalization. Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and understanding how content structure affects analytics. Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and its connection to journey orchestration and event-based triggers. Knowledge of server-side tagging concepts and use of edge-based data collection. Working experience with non-Adobe platforms like Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics is a plus but not mandatory. Understanding of CDP integration , audience segmentation, and real-time event forwarding . Skills & Competencies Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with a passion for building scalable and future-ready analytics systems . Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Education & Experience Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science , Data Science, Analytics, or related field preferred. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud tools in digital analytics roles.
