Brand Partnerships & Alliances - FMCG ( B2B ) - Senior Manager

As a highly motivated and result-driven Brand Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships with leading FMCG brands to drive brand visibility and new customer acquisition through innovative co-branded campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding FMCG brands for partnerships, leading the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution, analyzing performance metrics for campaign optimization, and maintaining strong relationships with partner brand stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you should have 5-6 years of experience in brand partnerships or strategic alliances, preferably in FMCG, FinTech, or consumer marketing. You should possess a strong understanding of co-branded campaigns and offline-to-online marketing integrations, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, the ability to think strategically while managing execution and a self-starter mindset with a high degree of ownership are crucial for success in this role.
