Sr. Manager - Partnership & Alliance

As a Senior Manager - Partnership and Alliance based in Gurgaon, your primary responsibilities will involve acquiring and contracting new brands across various categories such as Retail, Lifestyle, Entertainment, EdTech, F&B, Health, and more. You will be tasked with establishing a robust Partnership Framework and Consumer Ecosystem through an effective sales process. Your role will also include strategically targeting key accounts and implementing best practices to convert potential leads into long-term accounts. Additionally, you will be required to develop sales strategies to drive business revenue while keeping abreast of competitive market trends. Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering optimal business solutions will be a crucial aspect of your job. Monitoring marketing initiatives and tactical campaigns for partners will also fall within your purview. To excel in this role, you should possess 5-8 years of experience in a similar profile and have a track record of building a strong partnership network across industries such as Retail, Lifestyle, Entertainment, EdTech, F&B, Health, among others. Attention to detail is essential for successful client relationship management. A background in MBA Marketing is preferred, along with strong communication and presentation skills. An understanding of consumer marketing, technology appreciation, and the ability to think innovatively are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this position. Prior experience in relationship management and a willingness to travel across India are also required.
