Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced consulting project manager to join our fast growing and dynamic team. The role will provide high visibility to the senior management of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, leadership and team management skills, and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for leading delivery of client engagements, leading teams, conducting research, managing client relationships, and supporting the pre-sales team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscapes to support client engagements.
  2. Lead development of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  3. Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and challenges.
  5. Project management activities, including managing teams, timeline management, milestone tracking, and client communication.
  6. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, providing valuable inputs and assistance as needed.
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and tools.
  8. Manage teams of business analysts and junior consultants.
  9. Contribute to the pre-sales process by assisting in development of sales proposals.

Requirements:

  1. Master s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in client-facing business, consulting, strategy, or related fields.
  3. Previous experience delivering solutions and working with clients in the pharmaceuticals, manufacturing or BFSI industries will be a plus.
  4. Previous experience in leading teams to deliver solutions.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyse complex data sets.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and present findings effectively.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements, as needed.

Work Location:

The candidate should be based out of Delhi NCR or Bangalore or be willing to relocate. The role will involve working from office at least two days in a week and may involve occasional travel to client location.
