Consulting Project Manager

Your problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills will be crucial in leading client engagements, managing teams, conducting research, and supporting the pre-sales team. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscapes to provide valuable insights for client engagements. - Lead the development of client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations. - Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and challenges effectively. - Manage project activities including team management, timeline tracking, milestone management, and client communication. - Participate actively in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, offering valuable inputs and assistance. - Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes, methodologies, and tools for continuous improvement. - Lead teams of business analysts and junior consultants to deliver successful solutions. - Assist in the development of sales proposals during the pre-sales process. **Requirements:** - Hold a Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field. - Have previous experience in client-facing business, consulting, strategy, or related fields. - Experience in delivering solutions and working with clients in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or BFSI industries will be advantageous. - Demonstrate experience in leading teams to successfully deliver solutions. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets effectively. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and present findings convincingly. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools is required. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements as needed. Please note that the ideal candidate for this role should be based in Delhi NCR or Bangalore, or willing to relocate. The role will involve working from the office at least two days a week and may require occasional travel to client locations.,
