As the AI Business Solutions Consulting Practice Manager (M6) for EMEA/Asia at Microsoft, you play a crucial role in the strategic Solution Area AI Business Solutions by integrating Modern Work and Business Applications portfolios. Reporting directly to the Regional AI Business Solutions Leader, with a dotted line to the GDC (Global Delivery Center) Site Leader, your primary responsibility is to build and lead a regional consulting team comprising Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Consultants. It is your accountability to ensure technical excellence in AI solutions, drive customer business outcomes, and maintain operational rigor while providing organizational and thought leadership. Your core responsibilities include maintaining strong technical depth in AI Business Solutions, promoting technical innovation, and aligning regional initiatives with global standards. You will oversee solution design, engineering methodologies, and the development of reusable assets to maximize efficiency and impact. Championing the creation and reuse of intellectual property and solution accelerators, you ensure best practices are leveraged and scaled across projects. Fostering a customer-centric culture to deliver measurable business results is essential. You will maintain strong stakeholder relationships, incorporate Voice of the Customer feedback, and serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts. Additionally, you will oversee AI Business Solutions consulting portfolio performance, manage delivery of cross-functional projects, and ensure resource and capacity management to balance demand effectively. Your role also involves ensuring strict adherence to Microsoft's standards and policies, implementing governance controls, managing delivery risks, and driving ongoing improvements in delivery methodologies. People leadership is a key aspect of your position, where you will lead and mentor a diverse regional team, attract high-performing talent, and build an inclusive team culture. In terms of qualifications, you are required to have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 20+ years of relevant work experience, including 8+ years of team leadership or people management experience with direct reports. Additional qualifications such as technical acumen in Microsoft solutions, leadership skills, and a results-oriented approach are highly valued.
