As a dynamic and result-oriented individual, you have the opportunity to join Bough's finance transformation practice. In this role, you will be responsible for advising high-growth clients on enhancing their financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management capabilities. Your role will require a combination of financial acumen, data analytics, business strategy, and digital finance transformation expertise. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, such as CFOs, FP&A Directors, and Controllers, you will design and implement cutting-edge FP&A solutions to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support FP&A transformation projects including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario planning, and profitability analysis. - Conduct current-state assessments of client FP&A functions and identify improvement opportunities. - Design future-state FP&A operating models, processes, and reporting frameworks. - Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing EPM tools and developing automated dashboards and analytics. - Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present recommendations. Project Management: - Lead workstreams and coordinate project teams to ensure timely deliverables. - Track engagement progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure alignment with client expectations, budgets, and timelines. Thought Leadership and Internal Development: - Contribute to the development of FP&A methodologies, tools, and go-to-market offerings. - Author thought leadership content on FP&A trends and innovations. - Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a culture of learning and collaboration. Business Development: - Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations. - Identify and pursue business development opportunities within existing accounts. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred. - 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or management consulting. - Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. - Hands-on experience with EPM tools and familiarity with ERP systems.
