Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  As-Is/To-Be system studies, assessments, and gap analysis

• Prepare

  Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), proposals, and presentations

  .
• Collaborate with

  senior client stakeholders

  to validate findings and recommendations.
• Guide and review outputs of

  junior team members

  .
• Contribute to the

  conceptualization and implementation of solutions

  aligned with project objectives.
• Develop

  progress reports, project documentation, and monitoring presentations

  .
• Work in

  cross-functional teams

  for smooth project execution.

Specific Profile Requirements

Resource 1 – Technology Consultant (Tier 1, 6–10 Years):

• Extensive experience in

  IT systems assessment, gap analysis, and solution design

  .
• Strong skills in

  project reporting, technical documentation, and client presentations

  .

Resource 2 – Management / Functional Consultant (6–10 Years):

• Knowledge of

  Education sector systems

  (School Management System, UDISE, NEP 2020, NDEAR).
• Experience in

  Smart Classrooms, EdTech solutions, SOPs, digital surveys, and data analytics

  (e.g., VSK tools).
• Ability to align solutions with

  sectoral frameworks and policies

  .

Resource 3 – Technology Consultant (3–10 Years):

• Solid understanding of

  IT assessments, solution design, and documentation

  .
• Experience with

  progress tracking and project monitoring

  .
