Consultant Tagetik Planning

As a valued member of the Huron team, you will collaborate with clients to drive strategic growth, ignite innovation, and navigate constant change. We are seeking professionals with 3-5 years of experience in implementing leading EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions such as CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or Anaplan. Your expertise should extend to working within a global delivery model, engaging with colleagues across diverse geographies like North America, Europe, India, and Singapore. Specifically, you should have in-depth knowledge of Tagetik modules like Workforce Planning, Capex, Production Cost, and ESG Reporting, with experience in both cloud and on-premises EPM solutions. Your functional proficiency in planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and cost management, as well as financial and management reporting, will be crucial. You must possess hands-on experience with a strong client-facing acumen and communication skills to design and build Tagetik configurations effectively. As a team player, you will collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to deliver time-sensitive client requirements. Desired qualifications include certification at the Tagetik Pro level, with an aspiration to achieve the Champion level within two years. Additionally, you should excel in oral and written communication, establish trust and collaboration swiftly, contribute to multiple projects of varying scales and durations, and offer flexibility to support clients across different time zones. Your strong analytical skills will be pivotal in translating meeting information into documentation for sharing with meeting participants and project teams. An eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies is highly valued. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is a prerequisite for this role at Huron.
