The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership or CXO level hiring with Fortune 500 companies, GCCs, top IT firms, Big 4s, consulting firms, and product-based clients. Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills are essential, along with excellent logical and analytical abilities to match candidates effectively with job requirements.
