Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
- Extensive experience with AL development and AL extensions in a modern development environment.
- Proficient in legacy C/AL development language.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture (both SaaS and on-premise).
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including REST APIs, OData, and web services.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with Power Platform for automation and integrations.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer.
