Basic Function- Execute Spot Buy requests for IT and Non-IT requirements with a focus on cost savings.

Liaison with Business Stakeholder, Vendor Risk Assessment, Enterprise Architecture Group, Vendor and Legal team
Working with Software and Hardware maintenance team/ Fixed Asset Team
Supplier status verification and Negotiation
Contract review, processing and management
Report review and MIS Reporting – Knowledge of Apptus CLM, Service Now, Docusign
Reporting
Coaching and mentoring of associates
Performing Quality Checks
Maintaining process documents
Evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs
