About the Role:

Education Project Management Unit (PMU) in Vijayawada.

Key Responsibilities:

implementation of education reform projects in collaboration with SSA, SCERT, and Samagra Shiksha.

· Develop project strategies, monitoring frameworks, and cadence structures for effective execution.

· Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

· Monitor field-level implementation and evaluate project outcomes using predefined indicators.

· Engage with stakeholders across state, district, and mandal levels to ensure alignment and coordination.

Contribute to system transformation projects at the state or national level.

· Provide technical inputs on curriculum design, assessments, teacher training, and ToT initiatives.

· Support data-driven decision-making through analysis of education data.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education

Experience

· 6 years of relevant experience in project management and education sector initiatives.

· Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and budget planning.

Prior work in government ecosystems at various administrative levels.

· Experience in Andhra Pradesh and fluency in Telugu is mandatory

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong report writing and documentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project monitoring tools.

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently.

NEP 2020 and Samagra Shiksha schemes.

Preferred Attributes:

· Experience working on state/national level education transformation projects.

· Exposure to curriculum design, assessments, and capacity-building programs.

· Understanding of education department structures and functions.
