Be part of a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. **Job Responsibilities:** - Update consultant databases and websites with fund performance and characteristics. - Review Due Diligence Questionnaires for accuracy and completeness. - Add or modify products in databases by liaising with product teams. - Respond promptly to consultants requests for customized data. - Maintain high standards of data quality and report accuracy. - Communicate effectively to ensure project success and adherence to controls. - Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives. - Collaborate with management to review and challenge team outputs. - Provide project management support for senior leadership. - Document and design business rules and data models with SMEs. - Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and workflows. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** - Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Science, or Information Technology. - Demonstrate 4+ years of experience in asset management or financial services. - Utilize Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio. - Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. - Analyze and synthesize large data sets and business processes. - Organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Map and understand complex workflows and business processes. **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** - Apply knowledge of Excel Macros/VBA, Python, or Alteryx. - Initiate creative solutions with a proactive attitude. - Display strong work ethic and operational understanding across banking, markets, or sales. - Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines. - Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams at all levels. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.,
