Key Responsibilities

• Project Liaison & Approvals
• Coordinate with government departments for project-related approvals, licenses, and clearances.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to all legal and compliance requirements.
• Track regulatory updates impacting real estate development.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for developers, architects, and consultants.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with local authorities and industry partners.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored project advisory solutions.
• Project Advisory & Strategy
• Support clients in feasibility analysis, land acquisition, and project conceptualization.
• Prepare project reports, compliance checklists, and development timelines.
• Advise on risk management, legal compliance, and approval processes.
• Business Development
• Identify new business opportunities within the real estate and infrastructure sector.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership documentation.
• Contribute to brand positioning and expansion strategy of Atlishna Venture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹415,853.53 - ₹1,839,180.71 per year
