Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role located in Shillong. The Consultant will be responsible for delivering performance-based, industry-specific business advisory services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, developing strategic recommendations, managing client relationships, and implementing technology-enabled solutions. The Consultant will also collaborate with industry professionals to provide informed and timely business advice to clients.

Eligibility

Candidates who are willing to work in Government Consulting particularly in areas of Investment Promotion and Ease of Doing Business are encouraged to apply.An eligible candidate should have done Masters in relevant discipline and have minimum 5+ years of professional experienceCandidates having experience of working in Government engagements and relevant experience in areas of Investment Promotion, Ease of Doing Business, Deregulation and Cost ot Reaulation will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in business advisory, strategic analysis, and process improvement
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Knowledge of industry-specific practices and technology-enabled solutions
• Ability to collaborate with industry professionals and deliver informed business advice
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field
• Proven ability to work on-site in Shillong and manage client engagements
• Problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
