Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor
Location: Gurgaon Salary Range: 25000 to 40000 per month Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in construction site supervision Job Summary We are hiring a Construction Site Supervisor who will manage day to day site operations, monitor construction activities, ensure quality standards, and handle labour teams. The candidate must have practical experience in building construction and should be capable of coordinating with engineers, contractors, and labour efficiently.Key Responsibilities Daily Site Management Oversee all daily construction activities on the site Assign work to labour and monitor task completion Track project progress and ensure timely execution Quality Control Check the quality of work and materials being used Ensure all work is done as per drawings, instructions, and standards Identify defects or deviations and take corrective actions Labour and Team Handling Manage labour attendance, productivity, and discipline Guide workers and resolve small issues on site Ensure smooth workflow among teams Coordination and Communication Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and architects Share daily updates with the project manager Prepare and submit daily progress reports Safety and Compliance Ensure workers follow safety rules at all times Conduct regular site safety checks Ensure compliance with construction regulations Material Management Check and verify material deliveries Maintain stock records and reduce wastage Raise material requirements in advance to avoid delays Documentation and Reporting Maintain daily site logs, attendance sheets, and material records Prepare daily and weekly work progress reports Document site issues and delays Required Skills and Knowledge Technical Knowledge Understanding of construction drawings and technical details Knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plumbing, and electrical basics Ability to use construction tools and understand site machinery Managerial Skills Strong team handling and leadership ability Good communication and problem solving skills Ability to work under deadlines and pressure Other Competencies Basic computer and reporting skills Knowledge of measurements, BOQ basics, and calculations Ability to identify risks and implement corrections Eligibility Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred 2 to 4 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor Strong understanding of on site operations and labour management Benefits Opportunity to work on professional construction projects Supportive team and growth environment Opportunity to learn and grow across different project stages
