Processing requisition and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases. Advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures. Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments. Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies. Analyzing financial data and assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations. Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data. Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Providing assistance with payroll administration. Keeping records and documenting financial processes.

Role & responsibilities : - Risk Assessment: Identifying potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate risks. - Emergency Preparedness: Developing and enforcing emergency response plans. - Safety Training: Conducting sessions to educate workers on safety protocols. - Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Incident Investigation: Analyzing accidents to prevent future occurrences. - Use of PPEs: Ensuring workers correctly use personal protective equipment. - Daily Inspections: Conducting routine safety checks to maintain site standards Preferred candidate profile : • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience related to construction safety management. • Degree or Diploma in Technical from recognized university. • Diploma in industrial safety management from recognized university. NEBOSH, IOSH • Computer knowledge is a must
