Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Fire Officer to join our team at Radisson Hotel Phagwara. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
Conduct regular fire drills and training sessions for staff members.
Inspect fire extinguishers and other safety equipment to ensure they are in good condition.
Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Collaborate with other departments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of fire incidents and near-misses.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Fire Officer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
Familiarity with fire alarm systems and other safety equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
