Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Safety & Security Officer to join our team at Taj Agra, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
Implement and maintain fire safety measures and emergency response plans.
Conduct regular security checks and audits to identify potential risks.
Develop and implement security protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in safety and security management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and security protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
