We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and lead residential house construction projects. Job Description: Position Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly. Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets high-quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report financial performance to senior management. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Virtual Site Supervision: Conduct regular virtually site supervision to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards. Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in project management software and tools. Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively. Attributes: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
