Job Description

Job Purpose: To plan, lead, and manage all offshore and subsea construction activities, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables with adherence to safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead all subsea construction activities including pipeline installation, riser systems, subsea structures, and associated marine operations. Coordinate between engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Develop and implement construction plans, installation procedures, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with HSE policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Supervise offshore construction teams, contractors, vessel operations, and diving/ROV activities. Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly status to senior management. Manage offshore permits, site inspections, and interface with client representatives. Lead pre-mobilization checks, readiness reviews, and offshore campaign execution. Handle project logistics including equipment mobilization, vessel scheduling, and manpower deployment. Ensure technical documentation such as method statements, lift plans, and as-built reports are accurate and up to date. Show more Show less
