Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Director with at least 20 years of experience in the construction industry to lead and coordinate site operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing diverse project types and the ability to oversee all site works while ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all site operations across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure effective project execution in industrial, commercial, residential, and hospitality developments.
• Develop construction strategies, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project goals.
• Maintain an eye on all site activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Mentor and guide project managers, site engineers, and supervisors to drive efficiency.
• Act as the central point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide clear reporting to senior management.
• Identify potential risks, recommend solutions, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in project coordination and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering industrial, commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
• Strong background in multi-site coordination and large-scale project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of contracts, cost control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites and teams effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction management: 10 years (Preferred)
