Construction Contracts Manager

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for creating a vendor/contractor database for various trades and empaneling them based on trade. Your key responsibilities will include: - Shortlisting vendors/contractors for different tender packages according to bid criteria - Floating tenders to the shortlisted vendors/contractors and following up for tender/bid submissions - Developing comparative statements for each bid stage of various tender packages - Drafting LOI/LOA/Contract documents/Contract agreements and issuing amendments in SAP - Generating MIS reports for the contract and procurement department - Creating work orders/purchase orders in SAP and ensuring approvals - Monitoring and ensuring various contractual compliances with vendor/contractors - Coordinating negotiation meetings with contractors/vendors for different tender packages - Arranging site visits for contractors - Preparing and overseeing the Document Management System (DMS) The job may also include additional details about the company if available in the job description.
