Role Description The Construction Contracts Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Haveli. The role involves managing contract negotiations, overseeing compliance with contractual agreements, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts, addressing potential risks, managing contract documentation, and collaborating with the project team to facilitate smooth project execution. Qualifications Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, drafting, and contract management Project management expertise, organizational skills, and attention to detail Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks in contracts Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients and internal teams Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology used in construction management Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field Proven experience in managing contracts in construction projects Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards within the construction industry
