Analyzes condition monitoring data (S·O·SSM, Inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) and provides relevant recommendations for the customer as indicated by the data. Responsibilities Analyze condition monitoring data (e.g. S·O·S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) Provide equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data. Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g., S·O·S Interpreter) and customer-facing Dealer representatives. Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring data. Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution. Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership. Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealer. Field/Trouble shooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile and Construction Industries would be an added advantage. Work Experience in Mechanical and Hydraulics, Service Engineer, Machine Maintenance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Engineering. discipline 1 - 4 years of experience working with data in a related field.
