Description
Role & responsibilities Monitoring the health of the assets, the advisory will get an indication through a tool, Analysing the issue, how the issue can be fixed, what measures can be taken, and some other recommendations will also be given by the advisory to the dealer. Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g., S•O•S Interpreter) and customer-facing Dealer representatives Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyse condition monitoring data Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealerships Communication is mandatory both Verbal and written, Email etiquette is mandatory. Preferred candidate profile Analyses condition monitoring data (S•O•SSM, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) and provides relevant recommendations for the customer as indicated by the data. Key Skills-service field, field engineer, manufacturing plant, OEM, fleet monitoring, trouble shooting, Automobile, hydraulic , brake system, transmission. Electronic Fault codes- The Candidate should be able to Read the fault codes. Diverse profiles who have basic knowledge of heavy machinery (mechanical background) and are strong in communication. Education-Mechanical engineering, Automobile engineering, Aeronautical engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Mechanisation Engineering, Production/Manufacturing engineering. Field/Trouble shooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile and Construction Industries would be an added advantage.
