About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop

  event themes, concepts, and storylines

  that align with client objectives
• Craft

  captivating presentations

  using strong narrative flow, impactful copy, and engaging visual direction
• Collaborate with design, client servicing, and production teams to develop full-fledged event proposals
• Write scripts, AV lines, theme notes, emcee scripts, taglines, and pre/post event communication
• Understand brand language, tone, and audience to tailor content accordingly
• Support in brainstorming sessions, creative pitches, and new business proposals
• Keep presentations visually exciting and copy strategically structured

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in an

  event agency or brand activation environment

• Strong command over

  storytelling, concept creation, and copywriting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in

  PowerPoint / Keynote

  and ability to structure presentation flow
• Understanding of event formats, audience engagement, and experiential marketing
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines with attention to detail
• Familiarity with industry trends and creative benchmarks in the events space
